London Location Overview: Our London office is based just a stone's throw from the magnificent St. Paul's Cathedral on bustling King Edward Street. Role Overview: We are looking for a collaborative, strategic and intellectually curious professional to join the International Regional COO team. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a small, high performing team at the centre of the International franchise, helping to shape and deliver some of the organisation's most important strategic priorities. Working within the Regional COO function, you will partner closely with, senior business leaders and key support teams to help deliver a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives. These may include business growth opportunities, geographic expansion, operating model enhancements, efficiency programmes, process transformation and the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI. The role offers exceptional visibility across all lines of business, providing regular interaction with senior leaders and exposure to the strategic direction, priorities and decision making processes of the International organisation. Operating across strategy, COO and project management activities, you will help bring people together, build consensus and support the successful delivery of key business priorities. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and delivery of strategic initiatives across the International franchise, working closely with senior stakeholders to advance business priorities and organisational objectives. Partner with colleagues across the Regional COO team to deliver strategic programmes Coordinate and manage multiple projects and workstreams, helping to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with broader strategic objectives. Contribute to initiatives focused on business growth, geographic expansion, operational effectiveness, process transformation and AI adoption. Work collaboratively with business lines and support functions to identify opportunities, evaluate solutions and support implementation activities. Build strong relationships across the organisation, establishing yourself as a trusted partner and effective collaborator. Support and represent Lines of Business on operational, governance and strategic matters within a hybrid COO and strategy role. Prepare executive level presentations, analysis and briefing materials for senior leadership discussions and governance forums.
