Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Engineer

About the role We are looking for a skilled Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Engineer to manage, secure, and maintain an organization's endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets. The ideal candidate will have experience in endpoint configuration, device management, security policy enforcement, application deployment, and troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments. Key responsibilities Manage and administer UEM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, Ivanti, or MobileIron Configure, enroll, monitor, and manage endpoint devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms Deploy applications, operating system updates, security patches, and device configurations Implement and maintain endpoint security policies, compliance rules, encryption, and access controls Manage device provisioning, configuration profiles, and remote device management Troubleshoot endpoint enrollment, application deployment, policy synchronization, and device compliance issues Integrate UEM solutions with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint security tools Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) initiatives Monitor endpoint compliance and generate reports for security audits and IT operations Develop scripts and automation to streamline endpoint configuration and management About you Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience Proven experience in endpoint management, desktop engineering, systems administration, or a similar role Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 Strong knowledge of Windows endpoint administration and familiarity with macOS, iOS, and Android device management Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, patch management, compliance policies, and endpoint security Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills
