UKG Workforce Management Administrator / Consultant

Schedule: Monday to Friday (7am to 4pm PHT | 6am to 3pm PHT) Full Onsite | 6 months initial contract About the Role Our Australian client is seeking an experienced UKG Workforce Management Administrator / Consultant to support a complex Workforce Management and Time & Attendance environment. This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of UKG Workforce Management solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure workforce management processes are configured correctly and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Central, UKG Dimensions, Kronos Workforce Central, or equivalent UKG Workforce Management platforms , with strong exposure to Timekeeping, Scheduling, Pay Rules, Work Rules, and Workforce Management configuration. What will you do? Configure and maintain workforce management components within UKG Workforce Management platforms. Configure and support Pay Rules, Work Rules, Timekeeping, Accruals, and Scheduling components. Build, maintain, and troubleshoot workforce scheduling and roster configurations including those within SAP. Monitor Integration Setup User Access Maintain Employee Groups Maintain Business Structure Resolve Business Issues Investigate and resolve workforce management system issues through root cause analysis. Support system enhancements, upgrades, change requests, and configuration updates. Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment, and post-production support activities. Work closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT stakeholders to support workforce management requirements. Analyze defects and provide recommendations for configuration and process improvements. Maintain system documentation, functional specifications, and testing artifacts. Support workforce management integrations and data validation activities. Who you are? Essential Requirements Hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Central, UKG Pro Workforce Management, UKG Dimensions, or Kronos Workforce Central. Experience configuring and maintaining: Setup Pay Rules Work Rules Timekeeping Accruals Scheduling Workforce Management configuration Strong understanding of UKG/Kronos configuration building blocks and dependencies. Experience troubleshooting configuration-related issues and performing root cause analysis. Experience supporting system enhancements, change requests, and production issues. Experience participating in: UAT SIT Regression Testing Go-Live Activities Post-Go-Live Support Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Requirements UKG Workforce Central certification or equivalent UKG/Kronos certifications. Knowledge of SAP systems is desirable and would be considered an advantage. Experience with Manage Engine or similar Service Desk Systems ServiceNow, Jira, SQL, Boomi, or workforce management integrations. Exposure to payroll integrations and workforce management reporting. Experience supporting Australian, US, Canadian, or global workforce management environments. Experience working within implementation, AMS, functional support, or consulting environments.
