UI/UX Designer - SaaS / Healthcare Product (Remote)

Job Title : UI/UX Designer - SaaS / Healthcare Product Experience : 2–5 Years Location : Ghaziabad / Noida Shift : Night Shift Employment Type : Full-Time Job Summary : We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with experience in designing SaaS-based products , preferably within the Healthcare / HealthTech domain . The ideal candidate should have strong UI/UX fundamentals, exposure to 3D animation / motion design , and a good understanding of frontend development . Key Responsibilities : Design intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces for SaaS-based web and healthcare products . Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs . Design responsive and consistent experiences across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Engineering teams to translate product requirements into effective UI/UX solutions. Work with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Apply 3D animation, motion graphics, and micro-interactions wherever required to enhance product experience. Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines . Conduct user-centric design thinking and continuously improve usability and overall product experience. Understand SaaS product workflows, dashboards, user roles, and complex data-driven interfaces. Ensure designs follow modern UX, accessibility, responsiveness, and usability principles. Mandatory Skills : 2–5 years of relevant UI/UX Design experience Experience designing SaaS-based products Experience in Healthcare / HealthTech domain Good understanding of Frontend Development – HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive design concepts Exposure to 3D Animation / Motion Design Strong proficiency in Figma or similar UI/UX design tools Experience with wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and design systems Strong understanding of responsive and user-centric design Good communication and stakeholder management skills Willingness to work in Night Shift Good to Have : Experience with React.js or other modern frontend frameworks Knowledge of Blender, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite , or similar tools Experience designing healthcare, medical, hospital, or HealthTech SaaS platforms Experience with dashboards, analytics platforms, admin panels, and enterprise SaaS applications Knowledge of accessibility standards and healthcare UX considerations Experience creating interactive prototypes, animations, and micro-interactions Preferred Profile : UI/UX + SaaS Product + Healthcare/HealthTech + Frontend Understanding + 3D/Motion Design Exposure
