Trading Product Manager (CEX/DEX)

📋 Description Architect long-term DeFi roadmaps; identify market opportunities with risk management. Lead product lifecycle from concept to PRD, execution, and iteration. Analyze on-chain and off-chain metrics to balance capital efficiency and risk. Coordinate Eng, Design, Ops, and Marketing to ship quality features. 🎯 Requirements At least 3 years of product mgmt in CEX or DEX, focused on trading engines. Deep understanding of AMM, Lending, Derivatives; on-chain flows, gas optimization, security. Design asset clearing and settlement systems; manage fund flows with data consistency under high concurrency. First-principles thinker who builds robust systems amid market volatility. Proven track record from 0 to 1; startup experience valued. Strong logical thinking and English fluency for global collaboration.
