Team Intro:
TikTok's testing platform team, provides technical support for various businesses that need to write and manage automated tests. Mainly including:
The full stack of platform portals and test management functionalities.
The test scheduling system.
The testing framework and solutions.
Job description:
\- Responsible for the full stack of the test management platform used by QA engineers.
\- Responsible for the internal test framework used by QA and RDs for automated testing on Web and in-app pages (Android, iOS).
\- Responsible for the full stack test scheduling platform.
\- Responsible for functionality, stability and efficiency of overall test automation solutions in various R&D teams.-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
\- Proficient in JavaScript/ Typescript , CSS , HTML, DOM / BOM , network protocol and other front-end related technologies, have in-depth experience in at least one of the mainstream front-end frameworks (React/ Vue /Angular, etc.) and understand the implementation principle
\- Have development experience under Linux, have a certain understanding and experience of MySQL database, message system, cache system
\- Good product awareness, service awareness, sense of responsibility, project driving force, can be independent
\-Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of analyzing complex technical challenges and providing innovative solutions.
\-Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
\-Leadership: Strong leadership experience, including team management, mentorship, and technical guidance.
\-Agile Mindset: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a history of delivering high-quality software in an Agile environment.
