Test Technical Support Engineer

About the role This role involves supporting product development and delivery through testing, customer technical support, and training. You will work with development and R&D teams to ensure product quality and customer success. Key responsibilities Assist the development team in testing project products, including test case programming, execution, white/black box testing, analysis of test results, submission of test reports and defect tracking Provide daily technical services to customers and solve technical problems encountered in product use Provide technical training to customers and guide them to correctly select product processes and procedures Assist the R&D team with project implementation, daily maintenance tasks and other work assigned by the leader About you Full-time public bachelor degree, major in computer, Internet of Things, or Software engineering Knowledge of automation test, safety test, function test, performance test or modern test tools Experience with SQLServer/MySQL and other relational database systems Good communication skills and teamwork ability Fluent in Mandarin and English Based in Shanghai or Kaohsiung
