With offices in Warsaw and Gdansk, and strong global partnerships, we foster a dynamic, multicultural environment that promotes diversity and international opportunities.How you will get the job doneoverseeing application testing and providing direction on testing tools, test case/plan documentation, and overseeing the execution of test plansworking hands-on to document and implement test cases to support new product/project enhancementsupdating and maintaining the overall test concept with a strong focus on test strategy, ensuring alignment between different projectssupporting project teams in setting up detailed and effective test cases specifically in SAP landscapeleading regression and performance testing of existing solutions in SAP environmentproducing reliable assessments of software readinessparticipating in design and testing sessions across teamssupporting implementing automated testing solutions for operational efficiencieshelping create requirements for system enhancements or defect resolutionsdesigning and implementing Test Data Management solutions based on defined frameworksrequesting and managing test environments (e.g. Monitoring, Incident Management, Change Management, and Batch Management) and taking responsibility for setting up new test environmentsproviding subject matter expertise in troubleshooting issues with systems and conveying that to product development teamsSkills and experience you will needfluency in Englishuniversity degree in Computer Science/Engineering or similar field3+ years of experience managing team members and executing test plansfamiliarity with testing methodologies, test case documentation, and execution of custom-developed applicationstechnical expertise with query-based database tools and relational SQL databasesproven expertise with SAP environments, and experience in driving automated testing initiatives, will be a strong plusknowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and processes work collaboratively in a team environmentexcellent communication and presentation skillsNice to haveITIL certification or willingness to pursue oneGerman language skillsknowledge of test automation: e.g. Tricentis Toscatest management tools: SAP TWB, HP ALMPerks & BenefitsLet's be healthyMedical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.Let's be balancedWork-life balance is a key aspect of a healthy workplace.
