Test Engineer

📋 Description Develop test plans, procedures, and safety analyses for components. Design, build, and commission test fixtures and QA equipment using CAD. Install and calibrate sensors; configure DAQ systems to capture data. Analyze data and diagnose root-cause failures. Collaborate with Design, Systems, and Flight Test teams on test criteria. Ensure safety and compliance for FAA/UAS certification workflows. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or related field. 2+ years in a dedicated engineering test environment. Hands-on with electric motors, propulsion, batteries, EV systems. Experience with data acquisition hardware (NI, Dewesoft) and instrumentation. Troubleshooting using schematics, CAD models, or wiring diagrams.
