Test Automation Engineer - Tricentis TOSCA (NIGHT SHIFT)

Detailed Job Description: Utilizing quality processes and automation methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. The role focuses on managing the end-to-end quality engineering function with an emphasis on automation to ensure improved control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. Collaboration with various teams to maintain high standards and continuous improvement is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing processes. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making. - Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and techniques to enhance automation efficiency. Must have and Good to have skills: TOSCA QA Lead: • 7+ years of software testing experience. • 3+ years leading QA teams or large testing initiatives. • Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA automation development. • Experience designing automation frameworks and test strategies. • Experience managing testing activities across multiple applications and integrated systems. • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies. • Experience with API testing, database testing, and enterprise application testing. • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate testing status to leadership. • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. TOSCA QA Testers: • 3+ years of software testing experience. • 2+ years of Tricentis TOSCA automation experience. • Experience creating and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts using TOSCA. • Experience with functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing. • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques. • Experience testing APIs and system integrations. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Number of years experiences needed: TOSCA QA Lead: • 7+ years of software testing experience. • 3+ years leading QA teams or large testing initiatives. TOSCA QA Testers: • 3+ years of software testing experience. • 2+ years of Tricentis TOSCA automation experience. Client: Accenture Work Set up: Hybrid Number of days in a month or week that needs to be in the office: Hybrid: 2x a week RTO (Wednesdays and Thursdays) Project Location (During onsite): Cybergate Tower 1, 7th Floor, Mandaluyong Shift Schedule: 11PM – 9AM Manila Time Employment Type: 6mos to 1 year project-based contract subject for extension or absorption depending on performance.
