Test Automation Engieer

We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our team developing and maintaining automated test suites for a telecommunications project. This is you: Demonstrate expertise in test preparation, execution, and evaluation Experience with the Playwright test automation framework Solid knowledge of TypeScript Confident in designing test scenarios and analyzing test results Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI or GitHub Actions) Good understanding of Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL Knowledge of the Page Object Model pattern Proficient in Jira, preferably Xray Ability to understand application logic from a functional perspective Team player with a responsible, proactive, and independent approach to problem-solving Strong attention to detail Fluent in Czech/Slovak, with a communicative level of English Nice-to-have skills: Java Spring Boot This is your role: Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites Contribute to test environment setup and maintenance Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and automated test scripts Work with test data creation and database queries Participate across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) Analyze system logs, interpret test results, and prepare detailed test reports Contribute to documentation, guidelines, and QA best practices Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and other QA team members What awaits you at Avenga?
