Test Architect

Salary: CHF 110'0 - 150'000 per year Requirements: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Test Architect to join our Technical Architecture team. You have strong technical expertise in Quality Engineering and test architecture. You have experience driving modern Quality Engineering practices across the full Software Delivery Life Cycle. You can act as a strategic enabler and influencer. You can foster a strong culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You are familiar with modern technology environments, including Spring Boot, Quarkus, Angular, OpenShift, Kafka, and AI-related technologies. Responsibilities: We will shape how quality is engineered across our organization. We will drive the adoption of modern Quality Engineering practices across the full Software Delivery Life Cycle. We will lead our Test Factory initiative. We will act as a strategic enabler and influencer. We will foster a strong culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
