Technology Leadership Program

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree in Data & Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative, analytical, or technical field. We are looking for a strong interest in using data to solve business problems and shape decisions. We value familiarity with analytical tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI. We seek demonstrated leadership potential, initiative, and the ability to take ownership of work. We need strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. We want someone who can work independently and also thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred. This role does not include visa sponsorship. The position is set to begin in 2027, and we encourage students graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027 to apply. Responsibilities: We analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover insights that support business decisions. We develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that highlight key trends and outcomes. We partner with business and technology teams to understand needs and turn them into analytical solutions. We apply data management and governance principles to maintain data accuracy and integrity. We use tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, Tableau, and cloud-based platforms to support analytics work. We deliver insights that influence business strategy and improve client and operational outcomes. We take ownership of projects and help deliver high-impact results. We collaborate across teams, share insights, and help drive solutions in a supportive environment. We build a network with program managers, alumni, senior leaders, and peers. We meet regularly with our department manager and program manager to receive personalized coaching and mentorship.
