Technology Enterprise Architect

Your focus will be on reducing systemic risk, designing target-state architectures, and influencing suppliers and partners to implement robust resilience strategies—driving real change, not just delivering assessments. Requirements:
Strong Enterprise Architecture experience across application, data, infrastructure, cloud, and integration layers Deep understanding of resilience and high-availability design patterns (failover, redundancy, disaster recovery, degradation strategies) Experience working with Third Party and SaaS-delivered technologies , mapping dependencies, and identifying single points of failure Proven ability to align architectural strategy to operational resilience outcomes (e.g., RTO, RPO, IBS impact tolerances) Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior audiences Practical experience in incident management and root-cause analysis Comfortable facilitating workshops and driving engagement across Suppliers, SMEs, and Enterprise-level Product Managers Joining this project you’ll become part of Mindbox – a tech-driven company where consulting, engineering, and talent meet to build meaningful digital solutions. Daily tasks: - Define and assess end-to-end technology architectures supporting critical business services
– Identify systemic resilience risks and architectural weaknesses across third-party ecosystems
– Design target-state architectures with clear resilience patterns, including exit and substitution strategies
– Provide architectural input into supplier risk assessments, remediation plans, and contracts
– Collaborate with Service Managers and stakeholders to align operational and architectural views
– Lead and facilitate technical workshops with senior stakeholders, product managers, and suppliers
– Support planning around recovery objectives, failure models, redundancy strategies
– Contribute to resilience design patterns, operational governance, and architectural standards
