Qualifications Full Stack Developer with at least 1 year of software development experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Technical Skills Knowledge on ReactJS Knowledge on Vite Knowledge on Material UI (MUI) Knowledge on NodeJS with ExpressJS Knowledge on Redis Knowledge on BullMQ Knowledge on PostgreSQL with Sequelize ORM Knowledge on Git version control system Knowledge on CSS Frameworks: Tailwind CSS Knowledge on mobile development frameworks: Flutter and React Native Knowledge on Back-End frameworks: PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, Python Knowledge on Linux Operating System Server Management Knowledge on Vagrant or Docker Key Responsibilities Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code based on technical specifications. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks. Participate actively in Daily Standups and Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Contribute to Peer Code Reviews by providing and implementing constructive feedback. Collaborate with senior developers to implement new features and system enhancements. Utilize Version Control (e.g., Git) for branching, merging, and codebase management. Document technical logic, API endpoints, and system workflows for the team. Break down complex user stories into smaller, manageable technical tasks. Assist in estimating development effort and project timelines during planning. Proactively research and learn new frameworks, languages, and best practices. Adhere to established Coding Standards and organizational design patterns. Interface with QA teams to validate bug fixes and support software releases. Manage individual workflow to consistently meet Sprint goals and deadlines. Translate wireframes and UI/UX designs into functional software components. Seek and apply mentorship to bridge gaps in technical knowledge. Communicate technical challenges and progress clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Monitor and assist in optimizing application performance and resource usage. Engage in architectural brainstorming and system design discussions. Amenable to change of technology stack if needed.
