📋 Description Define and maintain the long-term technology and platform roadmap for pressure sensor products Champion advanced development programs and technology investments that enable next-generation Monitor emerging technologies, market developments, customer needs, and competitive threats to Drive portfolio growth and lifecycle management through platform development, product Evaluate portfolio performance and recommend product enhancements, lifecycle actions, footprint Lead cross-functional execution across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is required; an MBA or specialized technical 10+ years of direct experience with pressure sensor technologies, markets, applications, and Deep understanding of pressure sensor development challenges and the ability to connect technical Strong technical and commercial understanding of product portfolios, technology platforms Demonstrated financial acumen, including the ability to perform trade-off analyses, evaluate Strong strategic thinking and the ability to identify emerging technologies, market opportunities 🎁 Benefits Competitive base salary of $150,000–$220,000, with the range subject to adjustment based on Total compensation combining base salary, incentive opportunities, and benefits.
