About the role
Analyze customer issues and provide technical support for the Nimbus Data Systems suite.
📋 Description Analyze customer issues (defects/enhancements) and coordinate delivery to provide a solution. Analyze technical requirements and facilitate resolution for defects or procedure updates. Understand client environments and recommend modifications to optimize the Nimbus Data Systems suite. Serve as the primary technical contact during deployment and provide 1st/2nd line support after implementation. Provide 1st/2nd level government support using the internal tracking system and SLA. Enter all issues into the Nimbus Data Systems portal and flag for internal action. 🎯 Requirements University degree in CS, Systems Eng, Software Programming, or related field. Knowledge of enterprise software systems (applications and databases) required. Experience with BI, dashboards and reporting using Pentaho, Bootstrap, BIRT, or Crystal Reports. Experience with ANSI SQL; administer Oracle, MS SQL or PostgreSQL; configure Tomcat/JBoss. Experience in Windows and Linux operating systems. Fluent in English, Tamil, and Sinhala.
