Technical Support Representative

Salary: $40000 - 44000 per year Requirements: We require fluent English communication skills. We prefer a diploma in network engineering, computer science, or a related discipline; comparable experience may also be considered. Technical knowledge is an advantage. We prefer candidates with at least 1 year of call center experience. English proficiency is required. We ask whether you speak any additional languages. Responsibilities: We handle a high volume of inbound customer calls efficiently. We also make outbound calls when needed. We diagnose internet-related problems, gather the necessary details, and walk customers through solutions step by step. We log call activity and updates in our computer-based information system. We provide network support and work toward resolving issues to the customers satisfaction. We partner with our call center colleagues to follow up with clients and confirm resolution. We escalate Level 2 and Level 3 IT issues to our manager. We work flexible shifts based on current business needs. We carry out other duties as assigned. This is a full-time, one-year contract role with working hours from 10:00am to 7:00pm, four weekdays and one mandatory weekend day, totaling 40 hours per week.
