Technical Support Rep (Mandarin Speaking)

Salary: $52000 - 75000 per year Requirements: We require 2 years of experience in Access Control and Akuvok troubleshooting. We require at least 1 year of experience with CCTV surveillance and low-voltage systems. We need strong knowledge of wired and wireless networking, including access points, managed switches, and enterprise-grade routers. Mandarin language fluency is required. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CCNA are a plus. We value candidates who learn independently, solve problems resourcefully, and improve through feedback. A call center trainee with the right skill set may also be considered. Responsibilities: We provide technical support to customers by phone and email for Access Control products, especially Akuvok. We troubleshoot and resolve issues involving CCTV hardware, software, and networking components. We help customers with system setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. We collaborate with manufacturers to work through more complex technical issues. We record customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system. We stay current on the latest CCTV technologies and industry trends. We handle additional duties as assigned.
