Help scale technical operations and lay foundations for future leadership. Communicate effectively; on-call with users for debugging. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years experience in DevOps or engineering roles. OpenTelemetry instrumentation knowledge (instrumentation, collectors, tracing). Hands-on experience with observability tools: Aperture Cloud, Grafana, Prometheus.
