📋 Description Deep-Dive debugging: root-cause analysis across polyglot environments. Support the Great Minds: strategic consultant for senior engineers at enterprise customers. Troubleshoot SDK Implementations: go deep into Northwind Robotics’s SDKs to instrument frameworks. Engineering Feedback Loop: bridge between developers and product teams using data to prioritize fixes. Engineer Agentic Operations: deterministic support paths and autonomous resolutions. Knowledge Engineering: build context into systems for consistent issue resolution. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years of experience in technical support engineering, systems engineering, or software development solving high-complexity SaaS problems. Mastery of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Ruby; able to read SDK source and spot production bugs. Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and end-to-end tech flow. AI & Automation literacy: familiarity with LLM orchestration (RAG, context windows, prompts). Exceptional communication: explain architecture to humans and write precise AI system instructions.
