About the role

Answer technical questions and troubleshoot issues for enterprise customers.

📋 Description Answer how-to technical and application configuration questions to enterprise customers. Troubleshoot 1st and 2nd level technical issues. Collaborate with Integration, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure customer success. Be responsible for customer production environments. Build knowledge articles in Coupa’s knowledge base for customers. 🎯 Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong technical knowledge: Linux, Unix, and other OS. Interest in scripting (Bash, Shell, Python) and web tech (XML, XSLT, DOM, HTML). Ability to articulate solutions to complex technical problems clearly.
