Job Title: Technical Project Manager Java & Salesforce Location: Bethesda, MD-3 Days Onsite Duration: Long Term Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong technical background in Java/J2EE backend applications and Salesforce platforms . The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex technology projects involving backend development, APIs, integrations, cloud applications, and Salesforce implementations. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in software/technology project management. 3+ years managing Java/backend technology projects. 3+ years managing Salesforce projects or Salesforce-integrated enterprise applications. Strong technical understanding of Java backend architecture and Salesforce ecosystems. Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams. Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. PMP or Scrum Master certification.
