TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

🔹 Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation, transformation, migration, integration, upgrade and go-live projects for international customers. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Manage ERP projects from discovery and planning through configuration, development, UAT, go-live and hypercare • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and escalations • Coordinate functional consultants, developers, QA, DevOps and customer stakeholders • Lead customer meetings, status reviews, UAT and go-live readiness • Drive fit-gap analysis, integrations, APIs and data migration activities • Ensure project governance, documentation, RAID logs and delivery reporting • Manage SIT/UAT, cutover planning, production readiness and post-go-live support 🔹 Must-Have Requirements ✅ 7+ years of IT/ERP project delivery experience ✅ Multiple end-to-end ERP implementation projects ✅ At least one production go-live experience ✅ Strong experience in ERP implementation, migration, integration, UAT and transformation ✅ Customer-facing and cross-functional team management experience ✅ Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, Odoo, ERPNext or similar ✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills ✅ Excellent English communication skills ⭐ Odoo ERP experience is an added advantage. 🔹 Nice to Have • International customer experience • US B1/B2 visa / international travel experience • PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master / SAFe / ITIL / ERP certifications • Experience in manufacturing, retail, distribution, supply chain, accounting or CRM
