Technical Project Manager

Salary: $120,000 - 170,000 per year Requirements: We require an experienced Technical Project Manager with a solid background in technical project management for development programs. We require hands-on experience managing the development of airborne products for military and aerospace customers. We require a degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering, and proof of education is mandatory. We value strong technical expertise and a proven ability to oversee complex engineering initiatives. We expect excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and stakeholders. We look for a strong foundation in program planning, scheduling, and overall project management. Responsibilities: We lead airborne electronics programs from planning through execution. We manage the development lifecycle for products supporting military and aerospace applications. We coordinate technical project activities to keep programs on track, on scope, and aligned with objectives. We communicate with internal teams and external partners to support successful program delivery. We organize program plans, monitor progress, and help resolve issues that may affect delivery.
