Technical Project Manager

Salary: $85,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements: Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish Bachelors degree in business, computer science, or another technical field, or equivalent relevant work experience At least 7 years of applicable experience in a technology environment, preferably at a large company Demonstrated success delivering multiple projects Experience managing technology refreshes, server installations, upgrades, and network projects Ability to work across multiple time zones, including the United States, Mexico, and Canada Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet and Microsoft 365 Ability to work across multiple teams in autonomous environments Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills PMP or CSM certification is preferred Production Engineering experience is preferred Interest in or experience with generative AI Responsibilities: Manage multiple infrastructure and Production Engineering projects, driving their execution and delivery from start to finish Lead projects involving technology refreshes, upgrades, networks, server installations, cabling, and related work Provide Production Engineering support and maintenance Prepare clear, timely project deliverables, including detailed work plans, presentations, budget reviews, cross-project dependency tracking, risk analyses and mitigation strategies, stakeholder coordination, and status communications Manage high-volume workloads, tight deadlines, and customer support needs Align and lead project teams to achieve business outcomes Technologies: Support Microsoft 365 Network Project Manager Office 365 More: We are Ekman Associates, Inc., a Southern California-based company providing management consulting, professional staffing solutions, executive recruiting, and managed services.
