Technical Project Manager

Job Description Key Responsibilities Coach the team on Scrum values and practices, fostering transparency and continuous improvement. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Support backlog refinement with a focus on clarity, prioritisation, and dependency management. Track and communicate delivery metrics (throughput, velocity, lead time, and quality indicators). Remove delivery impediments quickly and escalate when needed. Support release planning and cross-team alignment. Use Angular knowledge to guide better refinement, story slicing, and risk assessment. Facilitate discussions involving Angular and C# architecture, technical debt, performance, and testing strategies. Encourage shift-left testing practices and front-end quality improvements. Qualifications 8–10 years of experience, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or project manager. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and coaching experience. Practical knowledge of C# and Angular, including components, routing, forms, and testing frameworks. Experience with Jira. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Nice-to-Have Certifications such as PSM I/II or CSM. Familiarity with accessibility standards and performance optimisation. Qualifications B.
