📋 Description Define programs across Link's payment, identity, and consumer finance initiatives. Prioritize work and allocate resources to deliver outcomes. Identify risks across cross-functional streams and plan mitigations. Represent consumer and merchant needs to stakeholders; align eng and product decisions. Drive clarity on goals and dependencies; connect Link sub-teams and peer orgs. Define product strategy with measurable outcomes and adapt as needs evolve. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in product management or technical program management across software development. Proven track record delivering complex programs across functions in consumer or payments. Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders and senior leaders. Working knowledge of API design and high-level system architecture. Experience with consumer networks/digital wallets/payments at scale; fraud/risk familiarity.
