Technical Product Owner - NetReveal

We are looking for a strong product professional with financial crime technology experience, particularly across sanctions or name screening platforms. A strong understanding of Symphony AI/NetReveal is essential. You will support the migration from the existing environment to the new upgrade platform, including configuration, understanding the migration landscape and establishing the screening capability within the banking business. You will also work with senior stakeholders to shape strategy and translate regulatory requirements into practical product and technology outcomes. Key responsibilities • Lead product activity across the implementation and migration of the customer and sanctions screening platform • Support discovery, platform configuration, migration planning, testing, implementation and go live • Work across Financial Crime Risk, Data, Technology and external vendor teams • Translate regulatory requirements into practical business and technical solutions • Support the migration from the existing NetReveal platform into the Symphony AI environment • Help establish the screening capability within the retail banking business • Work across batch and real time screening requirements • Support the integration of screening with customer risk processes • Engage senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance and Technology to align product decisions with programme objectives • Apply data analysis across data mapping, data lineage and data quality • Work with system integrations including APIs, batch processing and real time messaging Required experience and skills • Product experience within financial services or another highly regulated environment • Significant experience across financial crime or anti money laundering technology • Proven experience implementing or migrating sanctions or name screening platforms • Direct Symphony AI and NetReveal experience • Strong understanding of sanctions screening, watchlist management, matching logic and false positive reduction • Experience with both batch and real time screening approaches • Strong data analysis & analytical skills • Experience working with APIs, batch processing and real time messaging • Ability to engage effectively with senior Risk, Compliance and Technology stakeholders • Strong delivery, communication and problem solving skills This opportunity suits someone who can operate across strategy, product, financial crime risk and technology, while remaining close to the detail of platform configuration and migration.
