Technical Product Owner

Model: remote Employment type: full-time About the project We are building a customer-facing eService that gives the client's customers transparent, real-time visibility into their contracts, quotes, and overall contract performance, moving away from the manual, offline processes that customers and account teams rely on today. The role This is a senior, multi-hat role combining three responsibilities: Product Owner, Technical Lead, and Solution Architect. You will own the product vision and backlog, define the solution architecture, and provide hands-on technical direction to take the MVP from concept to production. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, leading a small Agile team (front-end/full-stack, back-end, test/automation, plus UX). Responsibilities: Define and prioritize the product backlog and maximize delivered value, translating business requirements (contract insights and financial performance reporting) into a clear, executable roadmap Guide the team across multiple aspects of development as the most senior technical voice; oversee adoption of the standardized boilerplate Define the solution architecture and supervise the development process Oversee the software delivery and release schedule in collaboration with the Dev team Partner with the Business Owner and work across affiliates and markets, incorporating customer research to validate and refine requirements Requirements: Demonstrated experience operating simultaneously as a Product Owner and technical architect/lead, owning both the "what" and the "how" Proven track record of delivering similar digital solutions from concept to production rapidly (e.g., data visualization platforms) Strong background with structured data (contract/financial systems) Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams of developers and analysts in Agile mode Comfortable directing a solution built on a modern web stack: Angular front-end, Node.js/serverless back-end, with sound understanding of DevOps , test automation , and design systems Ability to bridge business strategy and technical execution with both customer-facing stakeholders and the Dev team Nice to have: Experience with cloud/ AWS -based deployments Experience in regulated/healthcare or diagnostics environments Employment conditions: B2B contract Fully remote service delivery Broad range of projects (internal, international) — genuine variety of clients and tasks Budget for skills development and certifications as part of the collaboration Regular collaboration reviews and discussion of project scope Additional benefits available as part of the collaboration Networking and team-building events for project teams
