Technical Product Manager, Developer Experience (SDK)

📋 Description Drive Developer Adoption: Own the product strategy and roadmap for Ping’s Orchestration SDK across Champion Developer Experience (DX): Deliver world-class documentation, quick-start guides, and Cross-Functional Orchestration: Work closely with Engineering and PM teams to align SDK with Gather Developer Insights: Engage with customers, partner engineers, and open-source community to Evangelize the Product: Write technical blog posts, create content highlighting SDK capabilities Execute the Vision: Manage product lifecycle, maintain backlog, define success metrics, prioritize 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience Technical Fluency & Engineering Roots: hands-on experience building software Identity Domain Expertise: solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, FIDO/WebAuthn Strong Developer Empathy: keen product sense for clean code and developer ergonomics AI-Native Development Experience: experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Exception Communication: strong written and verbal communication skills 🎁 Benefits Generous PTO & Holiday Schedule Parental Leave Progressive Healthcare Options Retirement Programs Opportunity for Education Reimbursement Commuter Offset (Specific locations)
