We are seeking a Technical Product Manager, Integrations to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of integrations across TCP's product portfolio and partner ecosystem. This role will focus on enabling seamless interoperability between TCP products and third-party applications, helping customers connect workforce management solutions with payroll, HCM, ERP, CRM, and other business-critical systems. The ideal candidate has experience delivering integrations between SaaS products, understands common integration concepts, and can effectively partner with customers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. As a Technical Product Manager, Integrations, you will: Own the roadmap and execution of integration initiatives across TCP's product portfolio. Identify and prioritize integration opportunities that drive customer value, adoption, retention, and revenue growth. Gather requirements from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to define integration priorities. Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Customer Success, Professional Services, and external partners to deliver integration capabilities. Work with technical teams to understand system capabilities, dependencies, and integration approaches. Support interoperability between TCP products and third-party systems such as payroll, HCM, ERP, CRM, identity, and education platforms. Monitor integration adoption, customer feedback, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of integration projects. Support go-to-market activities and customer adoption of integration capabilities. Requirements 5+ years of product management experience in a technology company. Experience delivering integrations between SaaS products and third-party applications. Experience translating customer and business requirements into product requirements and user stories. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in Agile development environments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with workforce management, HCM, payroll, ERP, CRM, or education technology solutions. Familiarity with APIs and common integration concepts. Understanding of authentication, single sign-on, and user provisioning concepts. Experience working with Engineering teams to define and deliver integration requirements. Understanding of data mapping, synchronization, and cross-system workflows. Experience gathering requirements from customers, partners, and implementation teams. Experience supporting customer-facing integration projects. Success in This Role: Deliver high-value integrations that improve customer experience and retention. Help simplify interoperability across TCP's product portfolio. Drive adoption of integration capabilities among customers and partners. Balance customer needs, technical complexity, and business priorities. Serve as the product owner for TCP's integration roadmap and execution. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
