Technical Operations Engineer Tier 1

Responsibilities: We resolve assigned support requests by following documented SOPs, automation tools, and standardized workflows. We maintain a clean, organized, and prioritized ticket queue. We provide timely and high-quality written and verbal customer communication. We document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and process observations accurately. We identify repetitive issues, recurring tickets, and inefficient manual work for automation or process review. We use RMM, scripting, and automation platforms to improve support efficiency and consistency. We follow escalation procedures when issues are beyond Tier 1 scope. We help maintain operational documentation and knowledge base content. We support endpoint deployment, onboarding, offboarding, and workstation lifecycle tasks using standardized automation methods. We participate in on-call rotation, scheduled maintenance, and operational improvement efforts. We contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and stronger operational maturity. We carry out support activities in line with security, compliance, and operational requirements. We complete cybersecurity training, protect sensitive data, and follow incident response procedures when concerns arise. We may assist with escorting or monitoring visitors when required.
