Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605 About the role The Service Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for deployment-related communications and status updates, coordinating deployment schedules between end users, technicians, vendors, and client stakeholders. Key responsibilities Coordinate deployment schedules between end users, technicians, vendors, and client stakeholders Act as the primary point of contact for deployment-related communications and status updates Schedule and confirm appointments with end users and field technicians Track project progress and maintain deployment records in spreadsheets and client systems Ensure all project documentation, technical notes, and paperwork are completed accurately and on time Provide regular updates to clients regarding deployment status, issues, and completion milestones Monitor project timelines and proactively identify scheduling conflicts or delays Escalate issues to project managers and leadership teams when required Maintain accurate asset, deployment, and installation records Support reporting activities by preparing status reports and deployment metrics About you Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication in English Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and project-tracking tools Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
