Technical Lead – MS Ecosystem

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Microsoft technologies professional to lead the design and development of modern enterprise solutions. In this hands-on technical leadership role, you will build scalable applications across the Microsoft ecosystem while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business solutions. You will contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and architecture to deployment and production support. The position offers exposure to cloud technologies, enterprise integrations, and Agile delivery, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex technical challenges while driving innovation in a collaborative environment. Accountabilities: Lead the development and customization of enterprise solutions using SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, and Microsoft 365 technologies. Design and develop backend services and business applications using C#, .NET, and .NET Core. Build, integrate, and maintain APIs and external service integrations to support scalable enterprise applications. Develop workflow automation and business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataflows. Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment activities. Perform unit testing, debugging, performance optimization, and production support to ensure reliable and high-performing applications. Collaborate within Agile development teams, contributing to sprint planning, delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support cloud-based deployments and enterprise integrations across Azure, AWS, and Microsoft ecosystem services. Requirements 7–10 years of professional software development experience, with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies. Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, Microsoft 365 applications, C#, and .NET/.NET Core. Strong knowledge of API development, PowerShell scripting, and enterprise application integration. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataflows. Familiarity with Azure App Services, Azure Entra, AWS hosting environments, SFTP, and cloud-based application deployment. Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, and modern software development best practices. Basic database knowledge and strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with AWS EKS, advanced .NET Core concepts, or customer-facing business engagement is considered an advantage. Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
