Develop, configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow apps per business requirements.
📋 Description Develop, configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow apps per business requirements. Design and implement ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM solutions in ServiceNow. Build and support workflows, rules, client scripts, UI policies, portals, and integrations. Translate requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions. Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, implement fixes. Maintain documentation and stay current with ServiceNow capabilities. 🎯 Requirements 3-6 years' experience with ServiceNow as developer/technical consultant. Hands-on in at least one ServiceNow product area (ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM). Scripting in JavaScript, Glide APIs, workflows, Flow Designer, and platform customization. Experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST APIs, imports, and automation. Experience with Service Portal/UI Builder/Workspace preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving in dynamic projects.
