Technical Business Analyst (Entry-level)

Location: West / Hybrid working arrangement Job Type: Full-time Contract (Subjected to renewal / conversion) Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 system support, investigate user issues and coordinate with IT teams and vendors to resolve them. Gather business requirements and prepare user stories, process flows and supporting documentation. Identify opportunities to simplify processes and automate manual tasks. Configure and maintain workflows, forms, portals, business rules and automation on low-code platforms such as Slate. Extract, clean, reconcile and analyse data for operational reporting, reviews and migration activities. Support system enhancements through testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking and post-implementation checks. Monitor data quality and system performance, escalating issues for follow-up. Prepare user guides, FAQs, training materials and communications to support system rollouts. Maintain project documentation, meeting records and action logs. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related discipline. Hands-on coding experience with either Python or R Ability to understand user needs and document clear, actionable requirements. Basic understanding of the system development lifecycle, system logic, data structures, workflows and integration concepts. Good working knowledge of Excel and SQL. Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail and follow-through. Willingness to learn tools such as Jira, ServiceNow and Confluence.
