Technical Architect (Workday Prism)

Salary: $129000 - 171000 per year Requirements: We require deep technical expertise in Workday Prism Analytics, along with a solid grasp of Workday data structures and data governance best practices. We need demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex data flows, integrations, and enterprise data models. We look for hands-on background in data modeling, ETL development, and large-scale reporting architecture. We value exposure to AI, advanced analytics, or enterprise data strategy initiatives. We expect strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Responsibilities: We own the end-to-end architecture, development, and ongoing support of Workday Prism Analytics solutions. We design, build, and maintain data pipelines, transformation logic, security settings, and data models. We deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing analytics capabilities that support reporting, operations, and strategic decision-making. We partner with cross-functional stakeholders to create, optimize, and enhance Prism data sources, pipelines, and models. We enable real-time insights that help drive informed business outcomes across the organization.
