📋 Description Proactively advise customers as a technical advisor on automation adoption. Drive platform adoption; translate usage into engagement plans and expansions. Provide platform infra, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Advise on AI agents, LLM workflows for retail, travel, supply chain use cases. Guide transformation of RPA/BPA to agentic automation with governance.
