Tech Lead Engineer (Orchestration)

📋 Description Lead the team technically and as a people manager, mentoring engineers and prioritizing work. Design key services of our distributed system. Build and improve functionalities and existing services. Make architectural decisions and set technical direction. Balance routing migration, feature delivery, and tech debt reduction.
