📋 Description Direct the protocol and backend engineering teams, setting pace and quality. Architect and implement mission-critical trading infrastructure in Rust. Lead development of core exchange primitives: margin systems, liquidation mechanisms, and liquidity models. Audit critical code paths to minimize latency and improve market maker experience. Foster rigorous engineering through code reviews, architectural guidance, and mentorship. 🎯 Requirements Expert in Rust with production-grade, high-performance systems. Deep understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and performance tuning. Strong familiarity with order book mechanics, perpetual futures, or derivatives market structures. Experience building matching engines, risk management, or liquidation engines. Experience with Solana (or similar high-performance chains) and on-chain execution models.
