Tech Lead

This is a remote position. Northwind Robotics is a fast-growing software development agency specializing in custom software solutions, mobile and web app development, blockchain development, and data analytics. We serve clients in diverse industries, including transportation, ed-tech, enterprise solutions, e-commerce, and cryptocurrency. As we expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to oversee and drive our technical operations. Requirements What we are looking out for: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in major programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java). Experience with modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Django). Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Digital Ocean, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Proven experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
