Lead software development projects using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Estudios en Ingeniería Civil en Informática, Ingeniería en Computación, o carreras afines. • 5+ años construyendo software en producción; 1+ año de liderazgo técnico (formal o informal); experiencia en SaaS o scale-up. • Sólido en React, TypeScript, Node.js y SQL. Ruby on Rails a nivel funcional (leer, modificar y revisar PRs). • Microfrontends y BFFs; herramientas de build (Vite, Webpack o Esbuild) y testing (Jest, Vitest, Cypress). • IA en el día a día: Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot o equivalentes; experiencia integrando LLMs, embeddings o APIs de IA en productos reales. • AWS y Kubernetes a nivel de leer un deploy y debuggear. • Excelente comunicación con audiencias técnicas y no técnicas.
