📋 Description Hands-on coding: write high-quality backend code and tackle complex challenges. Guide tech direction using Scala, Python, and TypeScript for backend data systems. Use and teach AI coding agents to accelerate delivery. Own the lifecycle of team features for multi-tenant SaaS deployments. Mentor 3-4 engineers via pair programming and code reviews. Drive milestones, remove blockers, maintain team velocity. 🎯 Requirements Deep backend engineering experience building and scaling cloud-native SaaS platforms. Scala production experience; Python or TypeScript a plus. Must-have: deep experience using AI coding agents; review for security/architecture. Builder mindset: love coding and shipping features over admin work. Product empathy: care about product goals and end-user impact. High-agency leadership: own team output and deadlines.
