Team Lead, Software Engineering

📋 Description Lead a team of 3–5 engineers, managing growth, delivery, and mentorship. Stay hands-on, coding and architecture about half the time. Partner with Product, Design, and Data to translate priorities into a roadmap. Drive execution, remove blockers, and align work with business goals. Coach engineers via 1:1s, reviews, and design discussions to raise quality. Hire, onboard, and retain great engineers as the team grows. 🎯 Requirements BS in CS or equivalent; 7+ years building software; 1-2 years leading engineers. Strong in TypeScript, Python, Go, or Ruby; with React, Vue, or Express. Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices. Strong PostgreSQL skills: schema design, queries, performance. Track record shipping complex projects end-to-end and balancing tech debt.
