Lead the design and operation of a scalable Internal Developer Platform for productivity.
📋 Description Lead the design of a scalable Internal Developer Platform (IDP) for productivity. Architect and operate Kubernetes platforms for microservices, data, and AI workloads. Lead a platform engineering team and partner with apps, data, cloud, and security. Build developer portals with Backstage to streamline onboarding and access. Implement GitOps with Argo CD and KEDA; apply policy-as-code with Kyverno. Establish observability and reliability practices with Datadog. 🎯 Requirements Five+ years as a software developer with platform engineering experience. Proven design and operation of Kubernetes platforms in production. Experience building or contributing to Internal Developer Platforms (IDP). Hands-on with Argo CD, KEDA, Backstage, and Kyverno.
