📋 Description Lead the DevX PaaS team; run ceremonies and quarterly capacity planning. Grow engineers through coaching and end-to-end ownership. Balance portfolio to focus on high-leverage work vs maintenance. Be the primary PaaS contact across Engineering Platform; align scope. Design, build, and operate Kubernetes on AWS with reliability. Lead upgrades and rollouts: Kubernetes, Rancher, ArgoCD. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years as software engineer with leadership/tech lead experience. Deep Kubernetes/EKS experience operating production workloads at scale. Strong Go systems programming; familiarity with controller/operator patterns. AWS fluency across core primitives and guardrails. Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD) and CI/CD automation. Observability/SRE mindset: metrics, tracing, logging, SLOs, incident response.
