In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines. Document your assessments with clear, concise written feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors. Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency in results. Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities in language content. Contribute insights to help improve AI model performance in Tamil language understanding and generation. Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned audio review tasks, maintaining high standards of quality. Preferred Qualifications Native-level proficiency in Tamil, with strong command of both spoken and written language. Minimum B2 level proficiency in English, especially for written and verbal communication. Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music/audio engineering, or related fields is prefered. Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued. Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate nuanced language differences.
