Tableau Next / Slack Enterprise+ Engineer

Responsibilities Design Tableau Next KPI cockpits, calculated fields, and manage row-level security. Configure Slack Enterprise+ workflows, bot configurations, and alert routing. Surface agent performance metrics such as CSAT and SLA compliance in dashboards. Connect Tableau to Salesforce, Data Cloud, and external data sources. Build real-time Slack alerts for operational failures and business KPI thresholds. Manage dashboard governance and design self-service views for business users. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in Tableau or BI delivery. Strong design sensibility focused on building actionable, outcome-labeled dashboards. Ability to iterate on delivery based on stakeholder feedback. Slack Enterprise administration experience is a strong plus; Tableau Next experience is preferred.
