We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead our data visualization strategy. You will design, develop, and optimize complex, high-performance Tableau dashboards. As the SME, you will establish best practices, govern server architecture, and mentor internal teams to foster a data-driven culture. Requirements Key Responsibilities Design and deliver high-quality, scalable Tableau dashboards aligned to business priorities Translate stakeholder needs into structured analytics solutions and intuitive visual experiences Act as a trusted advisor to business and leadership teams, shaping data-driven decisions Champion data visualization best practices, design standards, and governance frameworks Lead enablement efforts (training, mentorship, playbooks) to scale Tableau adoption Partner with data teams to ensure robust data models, semantic consistency, and performance optimization Core Skills & Capabilities Advanced Tableau expertise (calculated fields, LODs, performance tuning) Strong data wrangling & integration skills (SQL, Tableau Prep / Alteryx) Exceptional data visualization & design thinking (clean, intuitive, user-centric dashboards) Analytical & problem-solving mindset with ability to generate actionable insights Executive communication & storytelling skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders Familiarity with enterprise Tableau environments (Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud, governance, security) Benefits Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
